Begin by taking a slow breath and setting a quiet intention for healing. As the tub fills, add ¾ cup of Wellness Soak and, if desired, ¼ cup of apple cider vinegar. Swirl the water gently and let the steam carry the notes of blood orange, cardamom, and cedarwood into the air.

Step in slowly. Let the warmth cradle your body as the clay draws out heaviness and the cedarwood grounds your energy. Close your eyes and imagine your system softening, recalibrating, and returning to balance. Soak for 15–20 minutes, allowing your body to unwind and restore.

When you’re ready to rise, move mindfully. Hydrate, wrap yourself in something soft, and give yourself the rest your body is asking for.
