HInoki Forest Bath
A return to stillness, guided by earth and breath
Begin by dimming the lights or lighting a candle. If you have access to natural light, allow it to filter in softly, like sunlight through trees.
As your bath fills, add a generous handful of your Forest Bath Soak. Let the minerals dissolve and the aroma rise. Take a moment to inhale deeply… this is your first step into the forest.
Step into the water slowly.
Feel the warmth wrap around your body like a gentle embrace from the earth itself.
Close your eyes.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose…
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
With each breath, imagine yourself walking through a quiet forest path.
The air is crisp. The ground is soft beneath your feet.
You are surrounded by towering trees, steady and ancient.
Allow your shoulders to drop.
Unclench your jaw.
Soften your belly.
Let the water hold you.
As you soak, visualize roots extending from your body into the earth below you deep, grounding, and supportive.
With every exhale, release what feels heavy.
With every inhale, draw in calm, clarity, and restoration.
Stay here for at least 15–20 minutes.
When you’re ready to leave the bath, move slowly.
Wrap yourself in a towel or robe and take a few extra moments before re-entering your day.
If it feels good, place a hand over your heart and set a simple intention:
“I am grounded. I am supported. I am renewed.”
Carry this feeling with you.
